A decade in glass manufacturing -- from the production floor to leading the department -- plus the education that got me started.

  1. AUGUST 2023 — PRESENT

    Production Forming Manager

    PT KCC Glass Indonesia

    • Own daily reporting to the General Manager and department budget/procurement
    • Develop & implement maintenance plans, coordinating across departments
    • Enhance production yield through equipment upgrades and process improvements
    • Write operational guidelines and work instructions for shift & daywork teams
    Completion of startup project 2023 Local market penetration analysis Bottom defect improvement . Cost reduction

  2. MAY 2021 — AUGUST 2023

    Head of Section

    PT Asahimas Flat Glass Tbk

    • Led 160 people across 4 shifts (4 Foremen + 36 Operators per shift)
    • Direct report to the Manager and Division manager
    • Owned safety reporting and coached teams on quality, packaging & handling
    • Handled internal & external quality issues; Production process analysis
    • Data visualization for ease of monitoring by tableau and excel
    • Handled report of improvement action plan progression, production achievement, etc for manager, divison manager and Japanese Advisor
    New defect detector Projects . Savings : Rp 300–450M / month Packaging cost . Savings : Rp 15–30M / month Offline process capacity doubling : +67,500 kg/month Manpower efficiency . Savings : Rp 10M / month
